Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – salary from £20,000 depending on experience

At Horton Park we have more than doubled our food and beverage turnover in five years and we have a goal to do the same again in 3 years! The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will support our Food and Beverage Manager in delivering high quality front and back of house management.

Trainee Food & Beverage Manager – Salary from £16,000

Are you an inspiring & dedicated team player, looking for a new career challenge? Have you considered a career in catering? Do you want to learn to chef and take the first steps on the road to a career in the hospitality industry?

In this role you will learn to motivate a team to deliver quality food and help maintain the rapid growth our business has enjoyed for the last five years. It is a key role in which you will cover all aspects of what it takes to become a qualified Food & Beverage Manager including front and back of house management. Our ideal candidate will want to become an invaluable member of our dynamic team, and will be trained towards an NVQ in catering.

Bar staff – Full and Part Time

We are recruiting bar staff, full time or part time, for our busy clubhouse.Being friendly is a must with the ability to think on your feet important. You will need to able to work weekends and evenings on a shift rota. Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
