At Horton Park Golf Club we fully appreciate the importance of a smooth and successful meeting to you and your company.
Our objective is therefore to ascertain your particular needs and requirements and to ensure we meet, and indeed surpass your expectations.
Our facilities include the elegant Derby Suite situated on the first floor of the clubhouse, which has delightful views over the golf course. The suite is air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 60 delegates. A small reception lobby precedes the main meeting room and a self-contained bar can be made available if required. Ladies and gents cloakroom facilities are also located on the first floor. The room can be set up to suit your requirements – for example u-shaped, theatre or boardroom style – just let us know and we will make the necessary arrangements.

We can offer a range of catering to suit your conference requirements and budget which may either be eaten upstairs in the meeting room or we can accommodate up to 36 guests in our Regency restaurant downstairs. We can do anything from sandwiches to a hot or cold buffet lunch or even a full three course meal. Our catering rates are extremely competitive.
Our location is ideal with easy access from both A3 and M25 and ample free car parking around the clubhouse.
